Daniela’s curiosity for yoga arose out of her 10-year practice of Pilates. She had always loved activities that brought awareness and harmony to the body. Her Pilates practice felt very rich and lovely, but she felt like she needed something more. She had heard that Yoga was a practice that worked not just on the body, but also went deep into the mind and spirit, so she decided to give it a chance! She fell in love with it and with all the limbs of Yoga. She was hungry for not only the practice of the asanas( poses), but also found immense and life-changing benefits from pranayama (breathing exercises and breath control) and daily meditation. These tools have helped her manage anxiety. Her love for yoga led her to her certification as a Yoga Instructor at the 300 hour level so that she could go on and properly share this beautiful and fulfilling practice with everybody!
