~~~Basic Thai Massage ~ Weekend 2: Feb 18-20
Naturally growing from the first weekend’s foundation, introducing larger assisted yoga stretches, with back massage, shoulder mobilization, neck & head series as options, Thai culture and ample practice time. Great for the yogi with an understanding of personal practice and interest in physical assisting and beginning hands on techniques.
***No experience is necessary to start in any one weekend.
*Taking them in order is recommended for beginners as to sequentially build upon the previous information and practice.
*This is not necessary to those willing to accept the light and added challenge of receiving the information in a non-linear way, which can be a great lesson in creativity!
Please DM Sarah Cheiky to inquire about scheduling Thai Massage Seminars, Private or semi-private group trainings for your business, facility or family.
Looking forward to meeting you along the way!
