Cardio Kickboxing with Brenda Swain
Cardio Kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio to challenge everyone from the beginner to the experienced exerciser alike. It is a high-energy non-contact workout, with all punches and kicks thrown into the air. The workout burns calories and builds stamina, coordination, flexibility, and focus. Class will incorporate a warm-up and cool down, as well as a segment specifically for core exercises. Participants should bring clean fitness shoes to change into. Bringing a hand towel and water is recommended.
Minimum 3 participants for series to run.
After 3 have signed up for series, individual session passes will be available for purchase and drop-ins are welcome!
(NOTE: Due to system limitations, you are still required to register for each class.)
