Grab your family and join Amy Lanese at Lake Erie Bluffs for TWO very special Outdoor Yoga Adventures!
In these 60-minute outdoor experiences, families will explore kid-friendly yoga on the grassy area at Lake Erie Bluffs AND take a 30 minute nature walk on some of the beautiful trails along Lake Erie!
Families will connect their breath and movement to create flexibility, empowerment, mindfulness and body awareness.

Amy is a 200 RYT Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master, Raindrop Certified, Essential Oil Consultant, who currently offers programming at Ubuntu Wellness in Chardon, OH.

After practicing Yoga for the past 2 years, Amy decided to take the 200- hour Yoga Teacher Training to expand her knowledge of yoga and her body. Loving the experience so much, she decided to share her practice with you!
Yoga brought Amy a sense of daily peace, strength, growth and flexibility. She looks forward to being a part of your wellness journey and watching the trust within yourself flourish as you grow together.
Amy specialized in: Restorative Yoga, Children & Teen Yoga, and Chair Yoga classes. You will also experience the benefits of essential oils to compliment your Yoga practice in her classes.
All props are supplied but you are welcome to bring your own personal items.
