Mindful Strength and Stretch

Join experienced yoga and fitness instructor, Brenda Swain, for this 6 week class series which will include mindful breathing, stretching, and strength training using small weights, blocks, resistance bands, and more!
WEDNESDAYS IN STUDIO: 9:00-10:00am
7- WEEK SESSION RUNS: November 3 – December 15 2021!
COST: $91if you register for the entire session, OR $15/class.
**PRE-REGISTRATION/ PRE-PAYMENT REQUIRED!**
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENT OF 3 PARTICIPANTS**
**CLASS SIZE RESTRICTED TO A MAX 14 PARTICIPANTS EACH WEEK**
**PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN PROPS IF POSSIBLE.**
Also, please bring water, a small towel, and CLEAN INDOOR SNEAKERS to each class.
