Join Erin Hill for an exploration of Guided Shamanic Journey (like Guided Meditation with Live Drumming and/or Rattling).
Shamanic Journey is the foundation of Shamanic Healing and Energy Practices.
In the class we will explore shorter, guided journeys with reflection throughout, and time for journaling at the end, if desired. A GREAT way to wind down and prepare yourself for a restful night’s sleep.
**This special monthly event will be offered In-Person at the Studio OR via Zoom.
**If joining Virtually, to prepare- Create a space where you can sit comfortably or lay down to rest. Include blankets, pillows or props to support your needs.
**HEADPHONES OR EARBUDS ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR ZOOM PARTICIPATION.
**If attending In-Person, please bring a yoga mat, blanket, journal and any cushions or pillows that you may prefer to use.
