Join Lisa Yarletts for a weekly journey into the 8 Limbs of Yoga!
The 8 Limbs of Yoga are outlined by Patanjali in “The Yoga Sutras.” THEY are core principles that serve as a compass for living a meaningful and purposeful life. Living your yoga means integrating the principles of yoga into your thoughts, words, and actions; it means taking yoga beyond your mat.
Each week’s offering will include a discussion of one of the limbs of yoga, and how to practice on and off the mat.

*Apr 2: Yama (Moral Discipline)
*Apr 16: Niyama (Observance)
*Apr 23: Asana (Physical Postures)
*Apr 30: Pranayama (Breathing Techniques)
*May 7: Pratyahara (Sense Withdrawl)
*May 21: Dharana (Concentration)
*June 4: Dhyana (Meditation)
*June 11: Samadhi (Enlightenment or Bliss)

**Pre-Registration/Pre-Payment Required
**Minimum 4 participants by Monday, March 27 required for series to run
