Join Lisa Yarletts for a monthly journey into the 8 limbs of yoga.

The 8 limbs of Yoga are outlined by Patanjali in the “The Yoga Sutras.” They are core principles that serve as a compass for living a meaningful and purposeful life.
“Living Yoga” means integrating the principles of yoga into your thoughts, words and actions; it means taking yoga beyond your mat.
This two-part workshop will include a discussion on the limbs of yoga and how to practice them on and off the mat.

Part 1: Yamas (Moral Discipline), Niyamas (Observances), Asana (Physical Postures), and Pranayama (Breathing Techniques)

Part 2: Pratyahara (Sense Withdrawl), Dharana (Concentration), Dhyana (Meditation), and Samadhi (Enlightenment/Bliss)

*In-Studio & Zoom
*Investments: $120 for Parts 1 and 2, OR $70 for 1 Class
*Min of 4 Attendees for Class to Run. Once Min has been met, course can be opened for Drop-Ins.
