Yoga to Heal & Reset the Nervous System

This yoga class supports self-regulation and resilience for those with anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma through the use of Nervous System Sequencing that supports self-regulation and resilience. It uses grounding movements and combines the age-old teachings of the 8 Limbs of Yoga with the neuroscience of Polyvagal Theory to heal and ease the nervous system. By adopting a bottom-up method, it enhances body stability, safety, and fosters a deeper connection between body and mind.

The class begins with a centering exercise, transitions into a nourishing yoga flow, and concludes with Yoga Nidra. If you are ready to invest in your well-being to find self-regulation and resilience, I invite you to join us.
