Sound Healing Therapist Barbara Anne and Storyteller Robin Echols Cooper team up to CELEBRATE YOU in this interactive class, sharing your beautiful Name of Energy and Light!

Part 1:
Intro with Barbara Anne and Robin plus Mother Earth Drum Meditation!

Part 2:
A Heavenly Meditative approach with Barbara Anne as the lead, where we all participate in singing to one person at a time!

One person will lay in the center as the rest of us surround her/him singing simple chants of “Love” from a loving place in each of our hearts.

Each participant will have this amazingly simple yet profoundly beautiful, supportive yet blissful experience!

Part 3:
An engaging, innovative, creative and joyful experience with the most talented Robin Echols Cooper as the lead in raising your names to the heaven above!

Participants will use the letters in their name and come up with words to create a Celebration Song.

Robin will explore rhythmic sounds to bring their beautiful names to life with her rich contralto voice!

Participants will actively be engaged as they use rhythm instruments and their voices, to bring the songs to life!

Break Free and play as the music soothes your soul. Shine your light! Let’s Dance Starlight Dance!

This class will truly be a one – of – a – kind experience your mind, body, soul and feelings will absorb and remember for a long time!!!

Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat, blanket, pillow, and water all to allow you to be comfortable on the floor or you can choose to sit in a chair!
