Trapped emotions are charged emotional responses that have become stored in the body because of the overwhelming nature of the experience would not allow the conscious mind to logically recognize the emotion and process it.
The emotional baggage that we feel is each one of those trapped emotions to some degree being continuously felt in our day to day existence.
The Emotion Code is an energy healing modality that uses applied kinesiology and muscle testing to recognize trapped emotions and to release them from the body one by one.
During an Emotion Code session, the practitioner will begin with a brief meditation and breathwork and then ask yes or no questions until an emotion is found and then released.
In this 20 minute session clients could expect to release 5-8 emotions.
