Join Michelle Gonzalez and Erin Hill for a mini-day retreat to usher in Summer!
This experience will include: therapeutic movement/gentle yoga, shamanic journey and shamanic movement, shamanic chant, group reiki or emotion code, and community connection craft.
To welcome Summer, we will connect with the element of Earth, with each participant creating their very own plant/wild flower painting/canvas, collecting plant materials, dipping the plant parts in acrylic paint, and pressing them/ painting with them to reflect the Summer rhythm and its energy.🙌🪶🌱🌞😃
*Art supplies will be provided, as well as healthy snacks and water. Some plant materials can be collected at the park.
*Please Bring: Yoga mat, cushion, blanket, journal or notebook, something to write with, and any plant or flower materials from your home/yard that you might like to add into your painting.
*We will provide some extra mats and yoga props.
*Please REGISTER by: Sat, June 20
