We offer classes of various styles including cardio fitness and Yoga for Kids. We are also thrilled to offer healing arts services such as Reiki, Massage, Thai Massage, and Vibrational Therapy.We want to make our classes as accessible as possible, and in that line of thought, we offer special pass rates for children, students, and seniors.
It is our intention to help all beings, regardless of age, shape, or ability, engage in a conversation with their bodies, minds, and spirits, and tap into their own inner knowing. It is our hope that people realize their capacity for healing and continue to help us spread health, happiness, and peace throughout our community.
