Yoga to Heal & Reset the Nervous System with Alyson Phelan
This gentle yoga class offers you a way to be present in the moment through movement that is grounding and centering. It integrates the ancient wisdom of the 8 Limbs of Yoga with the neuroscience of Polyvagal Theory to reset the nervous system.
Yoga Nidra
The goal is to move into a deep state of conscious awareness “Yogic sleep” providing a deep state of relaxation with awareness. Yoga nidra works with the autonomic nervous system which regulates processes of the body that take place without a conscious effort (heartbeat, breathing, digestion and blood flow).
Monthly Brain Balance Yoga with Erin Hill
This class explores movement therapy techniques geared to reduce anxiety, stress, and overwhelm, while helping the brain to process anger, grief, trauma and other difficult emotions.

Welcome to Branches of Wellness
We offer regular yoga classes of various styles to all ages, as well as special events and workshops that include: healthy living, shamanic studies, energy work, meditation, music, drumming, sound healing, and essential oils. You can also enjoy a variety of healing arts such as massage, Thai massage, Reiki, and more! We also offer certification through the Branches of Wellness School of Reiki.
Our sister studio and neighbor, The Fairport Dance Academy is located conveniently in Victoria Place, where we offer dance classes of various styles to children, teens, and adults. You know how exhilarating it is when you have the best day ever? And everything is gong your way, the sun is shining, everyone you encounter is pleasant, every song on the radio resonates with you! THAT’S how I feel after yoga! Yoga at Branches has made me feel so strong! There’s no judgement, its peaceful and inviting. My body notices when I don’t go at least once a week. I practice at home too, but the atmosphere isn’t the same. And I could barely sit Indian style when I started this journey about 8 years ago. My point is, don’t miss out because you think you will look silly. This place is more like a church for me to grow , spiritually and physically. The instructors each have their own way of teaching. Went there today for Lunch time Yoga and it was amazing. I cant think of a better way to break up my day! The new location is so accessible and beautiful.
It was my first time going there. I took my daughter who is an indigo child and she felt right at home! We loved it! A great stress relief for me and a great beginning for my daughter! We’ll definitely be going back!
I don’t live there, but when I visit it is is wonderful to take a class. Every instructor has a unique style and I always feel welcome and refreshed when I leave. There is an abundance of love, positivity and a sense of joy.
Beautiful space to practice yoga and other healings practices. Teachers are so supportive and knowledgeable. Different forms of yoga for most preferences and so doable especially for those new to yoga. My go to place for restorative, Hatha, gentle yoga!
