Every other Monday, join Lisa Fleming for 20 minutes of core work at 7pm! Each class will be a different set of core strengthening and lengthening postures and movements, and everyone is welcome.

**Important Reminder for Our Weekend Classes!**
If attending Saturday AM Beach Yoga, please meet at the West Pavilion/restroom area of Fairport Beach. (This is on the left side of the beach as you are coming down the beach hill). If it looks like it will be raining, please meet at the studio and class will be held indoors. This will also be the case for Sunday Chakra Yoga in Painesville Veterans Park. If it is raining, class will be held indoors at the studio.**Please remember to arrive to all classes about 15 minutes early, especially if they have to be moved indoors.** Thank you!
Protocol for Attending In-Person Classes:
~Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class
~We are strongly encouraging masks to be worn for indoor yoga practice
~Temperature will be taken with forehead scan thermometer
~Hand sanitizer will be given upon entry
~Once client (and instructor) get situated on distanced mat spaces, masks may be removed during the class and put back on to leave
~Please bring your own props, or you can rent ours for a fee. (We will also have props for sale)
~Feel free to wear mask to where the class is getting set up
~Masks are not required for outdoor classes
~Mats must be distanced at least one mat-length between clients.
(There will be no forehead temperature scan or mandatory hand sanitization at outdoor classes)
~You must bring your own props to outdoor classes
Register for the class via the schedule as you would for an in-person class. Any purchased regular class pass can be used to pay for Zoom classes. Discounted Zoom only passes are also available. Once registered, you will receive a booking confirmation email notification from email@example.com with a link to the Zoom class. You need to have email notifications turned on in your Wellness Living profile in order to receive this email. It should be on by default. You can join the waiting room for the class up to 15 minutes prior to the start of the class. When the class begins the instructor will invite you in.
