Mother Earth, the Trees, all of Nature are calling to YOU… Will you answer their call?
When: Sept 16th and 30th – Saturdays 3:30-5:30 PM **THIS IS A TWO-PART CLASS: **Sept 16 is Day 1 of two Parts**
Where: Out in Nature in Veterans Park, Painesville!
Why: Because… We, you, me, all of us humans will flourish as we expand in a more intimate relationship with Mother Nature…you will feel Her in a way that will open you up to the expansion of a Happier, Healthier and Heart Expanding You!
We will begin and end with a drumming meditation….with Mother Earth Drum.
Nature flourishes as we awaken to Her; Her needs, giving Her the respect, response and relationship she yearns for… We live in Her world, it is time we awaken… for she gives us so much…(if we so choose to awaken at this time!)
1. Let’s explore and learn some ways to be more aware of Mother Earth, her needs and wants.
2. Nature is everywhere, right? All the time, right? It is time to bring her into our lives like a valuable friend.
3. Trees are everywhere, right? Let’s consider listening to their messages, for us and much more! (is it not true that what is around us all the time, we can end up just taking these things for granted and give them very little of our attention?
4.Trees can help us and enrich our lives and growth! Enriching their lives and growth!
5. Mother Earth….Are you willing to pay some attention to her? And how would that show up for you? Let’s explore!
6. Plants, Flowers, Herbs, Animals, Insects, Oceans, Lakes, Rivers the Colors, Scents, Scenery etc etc are crucial to the health and joy in our lives….as well as to Mother Earth, herself.
7. Healing qualities of Mother Nature…. and it is all free!….and available to us!
8. We have much to learn from the animals, the birds etc…let’s get started…enrich your life and gain support and comfort!
These offerings will be informative, interesting and very useful to a Healthier, Kinder, more Aware YOU!?
