Kundalini Yoga: Balance your Chakras & Corresponding Organs
Kundalini Yoga is a unique form of yoga that centers on the spiritual dimensions of yoga. It is called the yoga of awareness.
It fosters soul-to-Spirit connection, higher levels of consciousness, strengthens and repatterns the nervous system and brings us back to wholesomeness.
Kundalini increases more inner-fulfillment, connection, happiness, balance, and a greater sense of health and vitality. This is accomplished by a combination of specific movements and postures (asanas), breath (pranayama), mantras and intentional stillness. These practices support the transmuting of subtle densities stored in the body, clearing channels to allow fresh-flowing life force energy that already lives inside of you!
We will be practicing this class with a kriya that involves balancing our chakra’s and their corresponding organs. Meditation, shavasana and mini sound bath to follow.
