Brain Balance Yoga with Erin Hill

Join Erin Hill for the return of a NEW Monthly Class in-Studio or Zoom!

This class explores movement therapy techniques geared to reduce anxiety, stress, and overwhelm, while helping the brain to process anger, grief, trauma and other difficult emotions.
The exercises also support the brain’s ability to shift and heal old negative beliefs about the self through specific movements, visualizations and breath-work.
The movement/breath-work formula also promotes healthy development and aging in the brain, while reducing inflammation in the nervous system. This is great for those with acute/chronic pain issues and auto-immune disorders.
The foundation of this class comes from Brain Dance by Anne Green Gilbert and other yoga and wellness teachings.
Brain Balance Yoga effects are cumulative, so there will be greater success if you can learn how to set up and practice the tools that work for you as frequently as possible.
