In this Workshop with Reiki Master Practitioner/Teacher, Lynn Imondi, we will learn how to use a small version of a burning bowl, in ceremony. We will participate in meditations to help us identify what we need to let go of, and what we can create/manifest in our lives.
We will learn the steps to hold a burning bowl ceremony, and discuss situations that lend themselves to this sacred practice that has been used in various traditions around the world.
This Solstice Celebration Workshop is especially appropriate for clarity in releasing that which no longer serves us, and identifying that which wishes to manifest in the New Year.
*Bring your journal to record any thoughts, inspirations or observations you may want to remember.
