Yin Yoga for Back Pain with Brenda Swain

Join Brenda Swain for a Yin Yoga class geared to help alleviate low back pain!
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga incorporating principles of Chinese Medicine with postures that held for longer periods of time. The sequence of postures are meant to stimulate the channels of the subtle body known as “meridians,” in Chinese medicine, and as “nadis,” in Hatha Yoga.
This class will focus on stretching and releasing tension in the lower back.
